BRIEF

Design a brand that can build more awareness about gym anxiety and bring more people to the gym.

PROBLEM

One in four women feel too intimidated to go to the gym. 70% feel negatively and uncomfortable when going to the gym. 

RESULT

 'brave' is a fitness brand showcasing a supportive community to share experiences and resources all about giving confidence back to women.

I created this identity as through research I found that gym anxiety can have a big impact on people's lives and I wanted to try and find a way to change that. This concept is also personal to me because when I first started going to the gym, I was always worried about talking to the staff or how to use certain equipment and I think a digital platform to give advice and instructions to use certain equipment would be so useful.

The outcome of this concept is a website that is all about interacting with the audience and a place for women to share their experiences and offer advice.
